  Place your unworn, unwashed items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item immediately.
